AFF is Accellerated Freefall. This training covers the most innovated and effective training method in skydiving. The AFF-Training is devided into 7 well-timed levels. The student must first be accustomed to freefall. The main targets of the first jumps are: the carrying-out of the trainingprogramm within the 40 to 50 seconds of freefall, the correct body position, the control of one's own altitude, the eyecontact to the aff-instructors, the independant opening of the main parachute and the controlled canopyflight. Jump after jump, the trainingprogramm and the requirements are advanced.. All of these 7 levels must be succesful completed.
